1. Delivery Guidelines
All orders placed through our platform are dispatched directly from our central facility. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you within 5 to 7 business days from the date of confirmation. However, remote or rural locations might require a longer delivery window.
Shipments are fulfilled by trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Please verify that your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for misdeliveries or delays caused by address errors.
If the parcel is received by someone other than the purchaser at the delivery location, we are not liable for any resulting issues.
Should the packaging appear tampered with or the product arrives in poor condition, please do not accept the package. Immediately notify us at miselfindia@gmail.com with your order details. Upon return of the item, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent within five business days.
2. Shipping Fees
Free shipping is provided for all orders exceeding ₹999.
Orders below this amount incur a standard delivery fee of ₹50.
Please be aware that during promotional sales, items purchased are not eligible for return.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, a flat ₹50 exchange processing fee will apply.
3. Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Time
We understand the anticipation of receiving your order, and we make every effort to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary by region and courier service performance. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you for real-time updates.
4. Delivery Method
Orders are delivered through a professional courier network directly to your doorstep.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not support international deliveries for products under the Miself line.
6. Missing or Incorrect Items
Although such cases are rare due to our multi-level quality checks, if any product is missing or incorrect, please first review your invoice to confirm whether you were charged for the item.

Important Information
In unusual circumstances where an item in your order is unavailable for delivery:
For COD orders: You will not be charged for the undelivered item.
For prepaid orders: A full refund will be processed for that item.
Most deliveries are completed within 3–5 business days, but timelines can extend slightly based on your location.
